The Founder
Built by a beauty pro who knew the system was broken.
Bex Irvine started behind the chair, trained on Fifth Avenue, and watched too many talented stylists get squeezed by outdated commission deals. In 2015, she opened the first bex+Co.® in Austin with a single belief: Give beauty pros real freedom and the right environment, and they will build their own empires. Ten years later, that belief runs seven locations.
