One stylist who knew the system was broken.
Rebekah Irvine, known as Bex, started as a stylist in top salons across the country. She saw what wasn't working and set out to build something better: a space where stylists had freedom, clients had a consistent experience, and owners could grow a real business. She opened one location. It filled up fast. So she opened six more. bex+Co.® became more than a salon. It became a movement. Now you can be part of it.

Do I need a beauty industry background?
No. You don't need to be a stylist or have ever worked in beauty. You need a good eye for design, a drive to build community, and the desire to own something that runs clean and smart. We bring the beauty expertise.
What does it cost to open?
Investment varies by market and build-out. We walk through the full startup investment, the franchise fee, and ongoing fees on a call and in the Franchise Disclosure Document. The grand opening budget is built into the startup total.
How many employees will I manage?
One or two part-time team members is enough to support operations. You're not managing stylists or providing client services yourself. You curate the space and support the culture.
How long until I can open?
With our support, most owners open their first location in under 9 months from a signed agreement.
What support do I get?
Help with site selection and setup, 3 focused days of training in Austin, hands-on learning for daily operations and POS, 1 to 2 days of onsite support during your opening week, the Beauty Empire Blueprint, and marketing plus stylist-recruiting funnels.
Are there discounts or multi-unit options?
Yes. A discount on the franchise fee is available to U.S. military veterans, and we offer favorable pricing for owners opening more than one location. We cover the specifics on a call.
