Kristen

Kristen Stehling, a Texas native, has been in the industry since 2014. She got her education here in Austin at Avenue Five Institute, a prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy focused on precision cutting and extensive Wella color training.

Soon after graduating, Kristen jump-started her career by assisting and training under a master stylist at Milk & Honey salon. She then built a loyal clientele of her own, becoming one of the top stylists in the company.

Kristen specializes in lived-in dimensional color, balayage, grey blending, baby-light blonding, and rich fiery red tones for hair. She loves creating shapes and colors in hair that are in it for the long haul, helping clients find the best hair for their lifestyle.

Kristen is passionate about continuing education to develop her skills and stay current on the latest hair trends and techniques, most recently completing a blonding masterclass in Los Angeles.

As a Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, Kristen's vision is to create effortless styles for clients to keep them feeling fresh, modern, and unique with a sense of ease.

When Kristen isn't behind the chair, she's snuggling her cat Lola, taking a Pilates class, or searching for the best places to eat in Austin.
