Hi, I'm Bayleigh! I've been behind the chair for more than eight years, six of them right here in Downtown Georgetown, and I'm native to the Austin area.

I love working with my clients to create hair that feels authentic, manageable, and uniquely theirs. My approach is equal parts technical expertise and genuine collaboration, because no two people, lifestyles, or hair goals are exactly alike.

I believe great hair starts with listening. Whether you're here for a haircut, color, extensions, or simply a fresh perspective, you'll find a thoughtful experience built around your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.

Outside the salon, you'll usually find me cooking something overly ambitious from scratch, thrifting my next trinket, camping, hiking, and spending time with my family and my pets, a cat and two guinea pigs (ask me about them!).

I believe great hair should fit seamlessly into your life, and that everyone deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely themselves in my chair. My goal is to create a relaxed, collaborative experience where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling like your best self.
