Meg

With a work portfolio spanning over 25 years and both coasts, Meg began her beauty career in LA as a celebrity makeup artist and aesthetician. Reflecting on her earlier work assisting people in need, Meg recognized that she had a passion for helping people live better lives. This realization led to a new path, and in 2010 she pursued her goal of becoming a hairstylist. She found success at Soon Beauty Lab in New York, and more importantly, she found a career that satisfied her strengths—helping people look good and feel good about themselves, being creative, and developing ongoing, personal connections.

In 2013, Meg relocated to Austin and spent several years as a senior stylist at Milk + Honey, where she helped establish a training program and mentored apprentices. She is energized by her relationships with her clients, which inspire her to create hair that they love and can easily maintain. With her penchant for detail, don't be surprised if she remembers your dog's birthday, your favorite book, and that you wash your hair on Mondays and Thursdays. It is this connection that drives Meg to give her clients the best experience possible. With care, taste, talent, and passion, her goal is simple: to make every client feel beautiful and cared for. Meg's specialties include natural, lived in highlights, soft, blended layers, grey coverage, and optimizing body and movement for fine hair.
